Publix Pharmacy at Gardens Square

I’ve been trying to get a hold of them all day! They never answer, and when they finally do, you’re immediately put on hold without even being acknowledged. It’s crazy … people need their medicine. Completely unacceptable. Publix Pharmacy really needs to do better.

I have had the same problem as Jacklin Garcia. The pharmacy asked me to wait 2 hours for them to fill my medication. I needed the medication for the next day so I had to wait. I sat in front of the pharmacy while I waited. Durning that time they had 1 customer no line. So what does that tell you. Finally they quit ordering my medicine. I was forced to call corporate.

They have a great service in publix. But not in the pharmacy section, they have the worst service in the world. They never have the medicine. It's always problem. A red headed young lady there is actually very rude. They should really fire her. Just saying.

All the employees are very friendly and will also ask about the patient's situation. Thank them.

Excuse me, but every time I needed any service from the pharmacy's staff I had a very grateful experience with them, short time, reliable service and professional performance. I like to have this service near my home. Jose Collazo, RN.
