Publix Pharmacy at Garden Square

This pharmacy has the best customer service! No hassle way to get prescriptions. Staff is quick, accommodating and friendly and they are very communicative regarding the status of prescriptions.

How are you supposed to start a treatment when your pharmacy doesn’t get the medication you need 3-4 days after they received a script?!?!? Love the “we haven’t unloaded our delivery yet” excuse, sweet now I can wait another day for you to finally give me my medication!! I’d be worried if anyone needed anything in a short amount of time.

Deli dept doesn't answer phone and I was told employees refuse. What kind of customer svc is that?? And mgrs allow that. ??? Get new employees that take orders and a answer phone that should not be allowed poor mgrs

They refused my prescription but didn’t tell me. Everytime I called the staff there keep telling me it’s on back order and to call back instead of letting you know you need another pharmacy. Only found because I went there and got the pharmacist. She was rude too.

Every time I get a prescription it takes this pharmacy a week to even get it. I don’t understand how I’m suppose to do the treatment that my doctor wants me to do and I have to start a week late, meaning my next doctors appointment has to be pushed back because I can’t even get the medication at a reasonable time. This is not the first time this has happened this is the fifth time . They also charge 60 dollars for asthma medication but with the same insurance CVS charges me nothing .
