I want to give a big shoutout to Mason, one of the managers at this Publix. He went above and beyond to show kindness and great customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and creates a welcoming environment. Thank you, Mason, for making shopping here such a positive experience!

Our family has been using this pharmacy for years and we’re very happy with it. The pharmacists/techs are always courteous and helpful. Sometimes they even greet you by family name. We have never had any issues filling our medication with Publix Pharmacy. We’re grateful for their hard work.

Love my Publix Pharmacy! They always do there best to take care of all my medicinal needs with a smile. Most of them know me by name.

Slow to help. Employees stand behind counter and are more interested in talking on the phone instead of serving customers actually there in person. Prescriptions are rarely ready to pick up when told they would be. I get texts mine are ready and if there are multiple items, this is never true. Why don't they say the prescriptions are ready when ALL of them are ready so I don't have to make multiple trips? I use home delivery for most of my prescriptions from another company and only have to come here if I need something on short notice and every single time it's a miserable experience.

Every employee of this pharmacy is courteous, friendly, professional, and goes the "extra mile" to help their customers. Their custimers are not just numbers; they make a special effort to recognize us, call us by name, and help solve any problems regarding our medications. I want to especially thank Elaine and Michael for their outstanding work.
