Publix Pharmacy at Five Points Plaza

The manager, called CRYSTAL, should get fired. She is an incompetent person who doesn't provide proper service to patients shouldn't be in charge of the pharmacy. I had OPEN-HEART SURGERY and needed my medications as soon as possible to continue my post-surgery treatment, and after she giving me a hard time, she told me that MY URGENCY WASN’T HER PROBLEM and that the medication wouldn't be ready for another three hours (3).

Cat, you are a hero. Thank you for taking the time to navigate the insurance nightmare and making sure I get my medication. Cat took the time to review my records and make sure I get the appropriate medication. It's hard to find people who care, and those are the ones who make a difference. Thanks again for being a tremendous caregiver!

It's a shame that people only leave reviews when they're angry because I have had nothing but the best and most friendly people attend to me at this pharmacy. The pharmacist are not mean like they are at other very busy places. It's super convenient and if I swing in there when I first walk in and ask if my prescription is ready and it's not, they will have it ready by the time I'm done shopping. Great hard working staff and very kind people.

Pulled up a GoodRX coupon and Amy nearly took my head off. She refused to look at it and said “we gave you a discount, you don’t need GoodRX”. She seriously needs some sensitivity training on top of that. Do yourself a favor and go to another Publix location.
