Publix Pharmacy at First Street Village

The pharmacists and techs are always really helpful and informative, even when they're ridiculously busy. Honestly they bend over backwards to help you, even when folks don't appreciate it. My only possible complaint is that they could probably use a little more help during busy hours, because sometimes the line can get a bit backed up.

Employee is incredibly rude. She hung up on me. I think she said her name was Rachel.

Went in to pick up my two prescriptions I get every single month from Publixs-Pharmacy on McGregor always had trouble at the beginning of the year with the wrong price it’s always been $24.94 they rang me up today at $27.80 . Told the pharmacy cashier that the price was wrong they do this to me all the time. I come here every month they normally change the price. I tried to show her the text message from all my past orders. She wouldn’t change it told me that’s just the way it is Terrible customer service.

You put in for prescriptions they’re not ready for 3 to 4 days sometimes longer worst service I’ve ever seen. they’re supposed to text you when it’s ready half the time you don’t get a text message .If you’re really sick you need the medicine, go somewhere else to get it filled. if you’re really sick and need your medication don’t go there. Always a different excuse when you try to pick up your meds.

Do not go to the deli, the customers will argue with employee's, making the time you wait longer. Keep an eye on the cash register, they don't understand that a combo includes drink and chips, and they will add those items to the receipt even though they are included in the combo price.
