Publix Pharmacy at eTown Exchange

This is truly the best pharmacy I have ever used ! Quick turn around time for refills and fantastic customer service. The pharmacist went above and beyond answering all my questions and finding the best discount card for my prescription. I also appreciate that I never have to wait on hold long to speak to a staff member whenever I call.

Using Publix’s pharmacy at E-Town Jacksonville is like going to back in time when you had small owned pharmacies. They know you by name, a couple weeks ago I was walking up to the counter when Kendall addressed me my name. Today I spoke with Ms. Alex while picking up a couple refills. I’ve had an issue with my Insurance on one of my medications. She told me she would call my insurance and seek a resolution. At 5:00 P.M. same day, she called and had a resolution. I’ve never had any issues at any of the Publix pharmacies, I’ve used. But this one is so awesome, I had to do a review. Thank you to all the Pharmacists and techs at E-Town. George Henkel
