Publix Pharmacy at Dixie Crossing

I order 2 refills from this location. I am ready to pick them up and I see the status says “ in progress” I call to find out what happened. The guy with an accent answers the phone and makes this long speech instead of simply saying they are out of stock on both refills. Too many times they are out of stock and nobody at this pharmacy lets you know. I’m sending my refills to another location. I will find out if it’s Publix that stinks or just this particular location

I waited for 3 minutes for hot food service and the 3 people back there did not acknowledge me then the white man came up and they all ran out and asked how could they help him while I stood still waiting after I asked for chicken after he gave me the chicken then I asked for rice and the guy said you could've said that I could've gave you a meal and then he said is there anything else. They treated me like I did not matter and that guy has a bad attitude this was my first visit and last

My disappointment with this location is absolutely with the Pharmacy and customer service. Pharmacy staff lately never call me to pick up my prescription when is refilled, the ones before did it not this ones work now. I complained with them but they don't care. The customer service is the worst in this location. Never change for better! Very bad management!

I bought groceries for pick-up at this Publix in early March. I have been continuously trying to unsubscribe to their mailing list and can't get them to leave me alone.

The pharmacists make you feel very cared for and follow up on the phone when needed.
