I found Dr Michael Fredrick through reviews & social media however I didn’t personally know any of his previous patients so I had to do my own research. He was very honest & confident during my consultation. His entire team (coordinator, nurses, anesthesiologist- all very professional) was so very caring & accommodating. Dr. Frederick was an amazing surgeon. He was knowledgable, informative, and has great bedside manner. He did a liposuction on my hips that made me look like I got a bbl. That was one of procedures I did with him. I also did a black-lift and a reverse tummy tuck that it look amazing He is a truly artist. I love my results! I will recommend him to anyone . The staff is very friendly and attentive!

Even though I live in Los Angeles Dr Michael is worth the Travel. Not only is he a well studied, top quality surgeon. His Passion for wanting to make you feel and look better is second to none. He treats each person as his one and only. He does not try and do dramatic changes. Dr Michael gives you what you want and brings out the best of all your unique features. I had liposuction on my stomach and hips in October 2024, and on my upper back in April 2025. My experience at Le Spa was wonderful. Dr. Frédéric is very funny. He talked to me throughout the procedure and made me laugh. His healthcare team is exceptional: professional, respectful, and competent. If I had to do it again, I will trust my cosmetic surgery to Le Spa without hesitation.
