Publix Pharmacy at Crosscreek Village

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this pharmacy. It took more than four days for my prescriptions to be prepared, despite the fact that my daughter urgently needs her medication for a treatment that supports her breathing. During those four days, I was repeatedly asked to return, only to find that the prescriptions were still not ready. This situation caused unnecessary stress and concern, as delays in essential medication directly affect a patient’s health. Additionally, the staff working on the evening of February 9, 2025, around 7:00 PM, were discourteous and unhelpful. The pharmacist in charge did not provide appropriate assistance, and even after witnessing my urgency, the pharmacy still failed to provide one of the prescribed medications. This experience ref

Great pharmacy! I have had to go in often recently unfortunately and have always had a good experience. All the staff and pharmacists are super helpful and kind. Each time I’ve gone no matter who helps me I am met with kindness with each pickup. Thanks for being so helpful and kind!

I just had the most amazing customer service with Vanessa in the pharmacy! She took what I thought was going to be a long ordeal and was so efficient, professional (and friendly) that it took less than 5 minutes to complete! 5 ☆!!
