Publix Pharmacy at Coweta Crossing Shopping Center

I have been a regular customer for sometime. I have always been treated well by ALL the staff. Amanda is always kind and courteous when greeting me at the counter or on the phone. If you stand back and observe them while they work the staff works well together and professional there never is any drama or rude behavior. If they are treated rudely by a customer ( which happens) they have never returned in kind. Traffic at peak times can make for a stressful car ride at that particular corner, but I make sure to keep my business with them anyway.

Use a different pharmacy. Three days to fill prescription. Went on the second day to get prescription and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes or by 12 the next day. Upon arriving at 4 the next day we were told the prescription was not ready and it would be another 20 minutes. Unacceptable to take three days to fill a prescription for topical creams. Employees also have attitudes. Someone isn’t doing their job

usually love this pharmacy been getting my kids and myself and fiancés meds filled here for 7 years , today was suppose to receive 2 of my 5 year olds medications. Thankfully we looked before giving her her mental health medication for autism , it was a persons medication they put in her bag , very very scary if we didn't read the bottle she could have been in seriously ill . called right away , we are bringing the random persons medication back and picking up hers tomorrow and this will be the absolute last time we do. my daughter is on the spectrum as stated and i wouldn't want my children to have this mistake happen again.

I was there today just shopping with my husband at the Publix. I decided to ask the pharmacist there a question about taking a over the counter cough medication because I am nursing my 13 week old baby and I have a sore throat and ear ache. He was very helpful!!! He pointed me in the right direction and told me just regular Robitussin would be fine to take. (Many people don't know but many cough meds have ingredients that can dry up a mother's milk supply.) I am very thankful. It was such a easy thing for him to do and help me. I'm posting this also because I went to the Piedmont Urgent care 2 days ago and they could not give me a antibiotic because I have a cold virus...I understand that...and was suggested a steroid but that can dry up a mothers milk as well. They offered me NO other op

One of the few pharmacies in Newnan that seem to have everything in stock, which is extremely helpful. I soooo wish they were able to have a drive thru. There are two ladies that work in the pharmacy that really need an attitude adjustment. They act like you are bothering them when you drop off and/or pick up your script. They don't say rude things to you, they just act bothered by you. Kind of like quiet, dismissive if that makes sense. I mean, hello... The only reason you have a job is because of customers. Without customers you don't have a job. It would not kill you to be nice. It is so easy to give good customer service.
