Publix Pharmacy at Covington Town Center

Ordered a cake for my husbands birthday and they gave the cake to the wrong person! They brought the cake back and they wanted to give it to me! I had to go off to get the cake redone asap. The hot and spicy chicken wings I pre-ordered were given to the wrong person as well. Only thing that go that came from that is I didn't have to pay for it after the made more wings for me. Honestly, the store is clean and neat but the staff sucks! They really suck!

AWFUL. I have tried so many times to give this place a chance. Their deli is the absolute WORST. None of their deli staff ever want to help anyone. You stand there 5 to 10 minutes and 3 or 4 staff members IGNORE you. Some will tell you they will be there in a minute. Five minutes later you are still standing there. Management does not care. I told them how no one would help me and they said they don't know anything about that and just stared at me. Once or twice is one thing, but this has happened at least 10 times. Don't waste your time. No one at this store cares

Found the pharmacist to be rude, condescending and short. Recommend avoiding this pharmacy unless you need their free fills on antibiotics.

Staff is the issue. Unpleasant and get told different stories from each staff member.

My script was called in Monday, I called Tuesday they told me they have to order it and it will be in Thur. I call today, Thursday I was told it will be in at 2p. I called its now 530p and the female tells me were working on it. I let her know my pressure has been high since Monday and I would greatly appreciate if they hopefully would get it done today and she hung up in my face. Very rude Publix on Brown Bridge in Covington Ga
