Publix Pharmacy at Coventry Marketplace

I have found the Publix pharmacy staff to be the easiest to work with of any pharmacy ever. I always feel like they are there to help me personally! I am speaking about the one on Wood Duck Drive but my previous Publix Pharmacy was also excellent.

I will not go back to this pharmacy. Every Publix pharmacy I've been to is 5 star EXCEPT this one. The 5 star service is what Publix is known for! The one pharmacist there told me I can't walk in with a new insurance card and get my rxs the same day. She insisted on using my canceled insurance, or I would have to return at another time for my rxs. These aren't rxs I can go without. I handed them my new insurance card. She said it's just easier. The policy was no longer in existence!! It cost me more money. After working all day, I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru, only to spend more money and leave beyond frustrated. They need someone in charge there who understands the concept of insurance and customer service.

The wrong brand of medication was sent and the pharmacist called my doctor to have it changed. Thats something most pharmacies would have made me do. Wish i could remember her name. All of them are nice.

I love this Pharmacy, and the employees who work there. They are all very professional, and do a wonderful job.

Great pharmacy above and beyond! I am a prescribing doctor, and have multiple experiences daily with comercial pharmacies. They are generally overworked and understaffed; I don’t envy their job. I called in, while out of town, to get a few days of my medicine that I mistakenly left at home. Not only did they answer the actual phone in my first try, they retrieved my prescription from my home pharmacy and made it available in a very short time. A few days of medicine is not a very profitable exchange for them. But in today’s employment of people who don’t like to do anything more than their most basic responsibilities, this pharmacy went the extra mile to accommodate me. Thanks!
