Publix Pharmacy at Cotswold

Where filling prescriptions is a pleasure! Transferred my prescriptions to Publix Cotswold about 1 year ago and am continually impressed with the service I receive from this team. Prescriptions are always filled and ready or just a quick wait while I shop, and it's always easy to get ahold of someone on the phone.

Andrew is the most personable and knowledgeable pharmacist I’ve ever had. He was able to explain pricing/insurance/prior authorization and save me a lot of money in the process. The pharmacy techs were also very helpful and personable. 11/10 service. Best pharmacy in the Charlotte area.

This is a terrific group at the Cotswold Pharmacy. When I moved to Charlotte last year, I had a difficult time finding a pharmacy that functioned in a competent manner. This place functions well. My questions are always answered. I am not sure why the two terrific pharmacists are no longer there. I changed my rating due to this.

This is a wonderful pharmacy. .All the staff is very helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about Andrew, he goes above and beyond every single time. He is so friendly and eager to help, his customer service is exceptional. He also has a great memory. :) He is without a doubt the most amazing pharmacist we know.

My wife was discharged from the hospital after spinal fusion surgery from a traumatic accident. I pleaded with the pharmacist to fill her prescription, which had been there for 90 minutes. I was told it would be 25 minutes (which she couldn’t possibly sit there and wait), so I had to drive her, in agony, 25 minutes away, double back to get the prescription, and back again, delaying her medication by 90 minutes. Less than zero sympathy. Moving all of our prescriptions elsewhere.
