Publix Pharmacy at Cornerstone

Long story short, my husband had a kidney stone while we were out of town on a Saturday. I ran into the pharmacy three minutes before they closed and the pharmacist was kind enough to fill his prescription saying she did not want anyone to be in pain. He was so thankful and definitely needed the medication during the middle of the night. They took the time to stay over and I meant it when I told them they were angels! Thanks for being so kind!

Usually get good service here. But it’s true what they say about “us” blacks. Lazy and poor customer service. Two workers didn’t acknowledge that I was even waiting as I waited. One pharm tech handled a phone call standing right next to the other tech that looked at me out the corner of her eye hoping I didn’t see her watch me wait. It’s was when the pharmacist's came in in a rush as if she had just came from the restroom is when I was assisted. & then all of a sudden the techs were no longer busy. Upper management please observe the camera of this visit. Very lazy and unprofessional. If you don’t wanna work stay at home. Simple. 10/12/24 Receipt time 18:37

Dr. Mary T. Is an excellent pharmacist who is also kind, personable, extremely knowledgeable with several insurance platforms and will work with you on a problem until you get the vest outcome she can. Ms. Veronica and all the pharmacy techs are very helpful, observant and give good customer service.

Showed up as the website indicates they are open at 10am...guess what, they do not open on Sundays til 11am. Notified manager and he said they open at 11am. Well website is wrong and I brought my 92 yo mother for flu shot and now having to wait for 30 more minutes. Not pleased with how the assistant manager acted like this is no big issue. All other Publix have correct times...this is why I drove over here. Let’s see if they actually correct the time for Sunday’s.

Waited 2 hours after being told 1 hr wait; went to pick up medicine after 1 hour and found out “kitty” didnt enter the prescriptions in and they weren’t even working it. Do not waste your time.
