Publix Pharmacy at Coastal North Town Center

We have used Publix for years. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. It is a super busy pharmacy but the staff really goes out of their way to get your RX done if needed sooner than later...I find all pharmacies to be busy and staff to be stressed but they always treat us well despite the pressure they are under

We switched to Publix Pharmacy at Coastal North Town Center January 1, and are so glad we did. The entire staff has been friendly, knowledgeable, and the personal attention is unlike anything we've encountered elsewhere. We are actually having to adjust to the experience of superior service.

I would not recommend them, especially for the elderly. When my mom's doctor called in a prescriptions, we would wait and wait for notification it was ready, but it never came. We learned they have 24 - 48 hours to fill it, so if you come in and request to wait for it they will fill it. You might as well plan to do your grocery shopping as well then. Whe I inquired why, they were rude and short. How horrid to make an 87 year old women wait through a severe UTI and very hard of hearing.

Very unprofessional. When you call multiple times to find out if my medication has been refilled you should call back. I don’t want to show up there for y’all to tell me it’s out of stock again. I have been calling for 2 weeks now and not one person has called me back. You could at least send a curtesy text out. This is very important medication and i just can’t seem to understand why you can’t call back….

Can’t say enough good things about the pharmacy staff here. I have the Flu and the hospital RX me a syrup that has apparently been on backorder for a year and I tried to have it filled at 6 different pharmacies. I had actually even called Walmart and they told me they had it in stock, only to drive my sick self there and be told I was misunderstood on the phone and they don’t actually have it. So on a whim I stopped at Publix on my way home and they didn’t have the exact syrup that the doctor prescribed, the pharmacist offered to fill the syrup without the decongestant and give me the decongestant tablets to take with every dose of syrup. Why none of the other pharmacies I had tried even offered that, I’m assuming just lack of patient care. Publix pharmacy staff at this location went above
