Waterway Dental Care

I had a wonderful experience at Waterway Dental, especially after having a bad experience at another dental clinic just in the last two months. The primary reason it was such a good experience at Waterway was the Dental Hygenist Haley! She was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, personable, kind, dedicated, and went above and beyond! I really liked Dr. Burton too. His knowledge and experience gave me peace of mind. They both made me feel like my teeth were in good shape (unlike the previous dentist) and would be in safe hands moving forward.

I had an emergency dental situation and the staff took such great care of me. Saw me quickly, provided a treatment (options) and set me up for follow on appointments before I had ever been seen as a neewpatient (that appt is later this spring) I was treated with kindness, compassion and professionalism from the minute I walked in the door. The young woman at the front desk was wonderful, sweet and funny, the hygienist was calming, knowledgeable and caring, and the dentist was informative and caring. Thank you from a very anxious patient!

This practice has to be the most accommodating of all of them. Had to cancel an appointment and when rescheduling they quickly fit me in when I could schedule again. All office staff are were very cordial and Kim, my Hygenist was great and was very cognizant of my insurance coverage. Dr Burton was very thorough upon his inspection. I would highly recommend going with this practice. I forgot to mention Ashley, the first Hygenist I had there. She was also excellent and adhered to my insurance requirements. Again this practice is the best.

I love Waterway! Just had my third or so visit there this week and KIM WAS SO GREAT! She was so personable, made me feel so comfortable (as does everyone I’ve come in contact with there). She was thorough and answered all my silly questions. The women at the front desk are always so welcoming and proactive. Dr. Burton is knowledgeable and informative without pushing procedures or products. 10/10 would recommend .. and I have!

Visiting the area and had a dental emergency, it was difficult to even get a call back from other dental providers. They made room for me twice, listening to my needs and took great care of me. Love their quirky but down to earth environment. Thanks Doc and amazing team for bringing me back from the darkness.
