Publix Pharmacy at Churchill Square

I’ve had a truly disappointing experience with this Publix pharmacy. My medication has now gone unfilled for over a day and a half, and instead of being updated, I had to call them myself. Only then did they tell me, very curtly, that the medication might be ready the next day. They hung up immediately after, without any real apology or concern. This is unacceptable. First, there was no courtesy call to notify me of the delay. Patients rely on their medications, and communication is critical. Second, when I finally reached out, I was met with attitude, as if I was inconveniencing them, when in reality they had failed to do their job of keeping their patient informed. The older lady at the register was super sweet- the blonde haired perced lip pharmacy tech was extremely dismissive of my questions and kept going back to her computer before I was done asking questions about my medicine. She is a hazard.

I was refused without explanation 5 (five) emergency Percocet10 for my wedding night to be filled the day before my event with my new bride even though I have had 2 total knee replacements, 1 total hip, an L4-L5 joint disc fusion with a laminectomy and spacer and now am being diagnosed by injections into my left SI joint from chronic autoimmune erosive osteoarthritis(the worst kind) as diagnosed by a rheumatologist and past bladder Cancer! The pharmacist was cold, non-caring and as myself being a retired clinical and Oncology pharmacist of 43 years (I am 72) drugstore and hospital pharmacist would not even talk to me about it as required by LAW! SO, I suffered on what should have been the best day of my life. Publix pharmacy here did NOT care about me! DONT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! I am normal

My Prenatal vitamins, were sent to publix Wednesday. I called 5 days later wondering if they were ready since I had one pill left and no one called to tell me they were ready or if there was a problem with my insurance.. comes to find out they don't cover it. thanks for the call publix.
