Publix Pharmacy at Cherrywood Market

I just switched to Publix-- after many years at another pharmacy- I love this Publix. The people at Cherrywood Pharmacy are the sweetest, Respectful and always on time. Thank you for making my transition to Publix AWESOME.

Pharmacy Tech Brittany is a real gem. Over the course of the last year she has been impeccably professional, knowledgeable and helpful … all of which are hard to find these days. Overall my experience with this pharmacy is friendly and helpful.

This pharmacy team is outstanding! I got a vaccine with no appointment and they got me in and out within 10 minutes with a pain free experience. The managers Savannah and Debbie are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to come back!

Some smug blonde girl that I think is the manager on staff since she was wearing a gray coat of sorts while the others weren't has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I understand refusing to dispense my medication since I didn't bring my ID with me but what I don't understand and refuse to ignore is her tone of voice when saying " **insert stuck up smirk here** I need it" in response to me saying I forgot my ID. It's not always what you say but HOW you say it that matters. She needs to be retrained on customer service. Worst service I've EVER RECEIVED at publix.

Better than any chain pharmacy. Friendly fast and no attitudes. CVS and Walgreens are not even close. Pricing is always better too.
