Publix Pharmacy at Champions Gate Village

Shout out to Pharmacy Manager Rubens Vilce. Had taken a snowbird neighbor to the ER only to discover they called in four prescriptions to a pharmacy that was closing before we could get there. Publix is open till 6pm on Sunday, but insurance showed the prescription had been filled by the other pharmacy. Rubens went the extra mile, made numerous calls, and provided a solution for her so she could get her medication right away. Even though it was near closing time, he did an exemplary job, took the time to explain everything to her, all with a smile on his face. Highly recommend!

Tried to call ahead of time to make sure my prescription was ready, lady kept trying to transfer me and no one would answer. I spent more time calling then I would have driving straight there. So I go over to the pharmacy, ironically the assistant manager is the only one here and of course now I gotta walk around for 10 mins because my prescriptions aren't ready. Just answer the phone and make both your life and the customers life easier..

I cannot say enough about this most precious man at Publix Pharmacy at Champions Gate, Florida 33896!!! I've had nothing but the VERY BEST SERVICE with David (Dave)... MY MOST FAVORITE PHARMACIST EVER!!!! I think he had an associate today, maybe his name was Zach... but totally not certain. They've been consumed with COVID testing/whatever goes along with that, but also doing their best to fulfill prescriptions, answering phone calls, answering questions, completing transfers from out of town, completing orders, calling doctors and insurance companies when needed. They have gone ABOVE and BEYOND their duties and done so very successfully. Publix, Dave deserves recognition of doing his job to the highest of expectation. Thank you Dave, You've been nothing less than AMAZING!!! You are THE B

Pharmacist has a really nasty attitude problem!

Terrible service. They lie to you about when your prescriptions are ready. They never answer the phone. I do not recommend. Take your prescriptions elsewhere. Worst in area.
