Worst place to get seen .This woman is horrible the way she talks to patients is crazy .you would think she is the doctor her self .She told me twelve different things Please avoid . This lady has said doctor needs see u he hasn’t seen u in three months i asked for virtual she like he has to see ur physical body. She states she told me something and i need to listen she must have saw her child when she was talking . I've been going to this center for 11 years. My experience in the beginning was not the best with another lady doctor until I started being cared for by Kimberly Bouldry. She is excellent in every way, she listens and really cares. She orders for testing when necessary and don't try to push medicines until she figures out if you really need them. I can't say enough good things about her🥰 So far front desk has been pretty nice to me too.

We use to think this facility was wonderful. In fact we have gone here for about 4 years. I am not saying the doctors aren't good but the office staff are awful. They never answer the phone for insurance providers, pharmacists, or patients. My husband complained about this and since then, when we changed insurance providers, the office manager stated they won't accept it even though they do. In fact, we have now received a bill over 6 months old now saying we owe money. My husband has been there several times since the date of this so called bill, paid what they said was due and there was never mention of this so called bill. We have emailed and put calls into the doctor. Emails are ignored and they do not give the doctor the message that you called. Unfortunately we have to go somewhere e

I have been going there for the past 3 years. Unfortunately I have to change due to insurance change. The only reason I kept going there is foe Genesis and PA Kimberly she is so friendly and listens to you. As far as the office staff they couldn't be more unhelpful. I called in one day to leave a message for Kim and the person on the phone said I needed to make an appointment with her just to leave a message. That has happened multiple times.

Literally called just to make an appointment as a new patient and the way the reception answered the phone made me say never mind. She had the worst attitude because I could not hear her at first. As much as the pictures of this place looked amazing. I cannot deal with that from office staff every time I want to make an appointment. I really hope that they hire some office staff that knows how to work with people. That is huge when it comes to medical care or better yet any care for your family. I wish I would have gotten her name. I might call back just to get it to place on this review.
