Publix Pharmacy at Casselberry Commons

October 2, 2024: My mother and I went to get her her updated Covid booster at this, her normal pharmacy. Upon going to the pick up counter because she also had a prescription to pick up, we spoke to the pharmacist and told him what we needed, but he did not get up. He was busy typing in his computer, but did acknowledge us. We waited for his associate, who was with someone at the register to come and help us with the prescription. After selling us the prescription she said in order to get the Moderna Covid booster we would have to wait 20 minutes and I asked why. I was told that they were very busy with prescriptions and it would take time to prepare the shot so we had to wait 20 minutes or we could make an appointment for some other day. Quite honestly, they seemed disinterested in giving

I always call ahead to make sure my prescription is ready and always have had a great experience. I recently switched to this pharmacy and I am so happy I made the decision. Thanks for being great!

The employees never have my medication ready on time. They get lazy for several days before they prepare it, I basically have to haggle them to get anywhere. They even tried charging for medication when it was part of my insurance, almost scammed me. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is totally incompetent. They made me come 12 times trying to pick up my prescription that was always out of stock. They never cared to explain that it’s out of stock and needs special ordering. They always told me to come back in a day or two and they should have it. Finally I talked to the manger who clearly told me that my prescription can’t ever be picked up at this location because they don’t carry and don’t order my medication.

Very friendly and always helpful. The pharmacy staff is great. They will check to get the best deal.
