AFC Urgent Care Casselberry

I went in today feeling extremely sick, and this was by far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. The medical staff was incredibly kind, caring, and professional. The pricing was very reasonable, the wait time was under 30 minutes, and they worked efficiently. I highly recommend this urgent care for any immediate medical needs.

I would rate this establishment with the highest possible commendation. Every aspect of our experience was exceptional, and I have no reservations or negative feedback to offer. The receptionist provided a kind and welcoming reception. The Medical Assistant demonstrated excellent professionalism, asking thorough questions and attentively listening to every response. The check in process was super quick and the staff was really nice. Allie and the doctor did a great job of getting me in and out while taking care of my problem with expertise. I felt well taken care of and appreciated. It was an amazing experience during a time I was rather nervous. Thanks!

Dr. Charles was so hilarious. He made me feel super comfortable for what I had to come in to get checked out. It’s not always a pleasant thing but he made Me feel very at ease and the nurses were all nice and the receptionist this place 10 stars. Thank you all so much!! And it was quick.

I had a great experience here. The office staff were welcoming when I came in, Nurse Alley was very sweet when she took me back to my room, and Dr. Cantrell made me feel comfortable as we went through our appointment. He also made sure to explain a little bit more about my diagnosis and how it affects your body. Which was very nice! I definitely recommend this location! Thank you all for being so kind.
