Big thanks to Publix pharmacy for saving the day! It's a Sunday and we just left an urgent care for my son, he has an ear infection. The office forgot to call in the prescription and was closed! 😭 Abby at the pharmacy was persistent though! She called multiple phone numbers and locations until she got the approval. Thank you so much for helping our little man! ♥️
The pharmacy staff was inaccurate when I called In advance to make sure I could walk in for my second dose of the Moderna vaccine. I left early from work because they assured me is be seen right away. I hired a car service and was made to wait 30 minutes. The staff was not nice about it at all. No empathy or sympathy.
Great first time experience this evening! Ms Abby the pharmacist is TRULY top notch, patient, kind & on the ball with all medication information as I had many questions. Thank you!! I am looking forward to visiting more ❤️
