I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing team at Publix Pharmacy 69 South, especially Samantha, for how professionally and kindly she handled a situation for me. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and her patience and professionalism truly stood out. The pharmacy staff is always fast, helpful, and genuinely does their best to help customers save money whether it’s applying savings cards or finding ways to make prescriptions more affordable. That level of care really makes a difference. I’m so glad I made the switch to this pharmacy, and I’m thankful they hire people who truly go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommend! Thank you!

This has been my pharmacy for years, and while there have been some issues along the way, I want to note that anytime I’ve gone inside or called, the staff has been extremely helpful. The challenges tend to occur in the drive-through. I understand that the prepaid option is easier for employees working the window, but there are times when that simply isn’t possible. It also isn’t a requirement for using the drive-through. When you’re sick or unable to get out of your vehicle, it can be frustrating to feel like the employee at the window is bothered by having to take a few extra steps to complete the transaction. On more than one occasion, one particular employee has had a visible attitude and spoken under her breath, which adds to the frustration. I recommend being prepared to be patien

If Publix Capital Market Pharmacy got any slower, I’d assume they were trying to enter the Witness Protection Program by disappearing in real time. I have seen snails, actual snails, show more hustle than this place. Every visit feels like a survival challenge. You walk in thinking you’re just picking up a prescription… and suddenly you’ve aged 3–5 business years. I don’t even bother taking a number anymore — I just set up camp, start boiling water, and hope I live long enough to get my meds. This pharmacy has discovered a speed somewhere between sloth on Ambien and a Windows 95 computer installing updates. It’s honestly incredible. If slow was an Olympic sport, they’d podium every damn year. Amazon can deliver a couch in 24 hours. Publix can’t hand you a bottle of pills before your sou

You have a cashier who goes by the name Pam. She has an unpleasant attitude and needs training on how to treat customers. She claims she has shellfish allergies and cannot touch shellfish products. If this is true then why is she working in a cashier position??? Make that make sense.
