We love Smile Doctors and the staff!! Every single one of them make us always feel like family! It’s clean, very nicely decorated at all times (especially Christmas)! They have a station for people to brush their teeth, floss and rinse. They have a coffee station for clients. They even have massage chairs to relax in while you wait! Dr. Whitt is awesome and always so cheerful! And the lady at the front (I forgot her name) is literally the best! She makes me feel like family instead of just another client. I’m very confident that my son will have the smile he desires once we are finished. Thanks for being so great!!!

Very professional staff with amazing communication and organization. Every time you call you can tell they answer with a smile on their face and are always quick to resolve any questions or issues you have. They are amazing at giving updates and everyone is like to had similar stories. No need to shop around or travel way out of Tuscaloosa as this is the best place hands down!

I originally transferred from another orthodontist & they’ve treated me like family since. I love them so much! I got my braces off today and everyone in the office literally stopped what they were doing to sing me goodbyes ! Can be very unprofessional with poor communication and very unorganized. They called back and forth between me and my dentist office unsure about my appointment instead of just requesting a letter from my dentist. They took me off the schedule in the midst of the back and forth, put me back on the schedule the DAY before and I only knew by randomly checking emails because no one called me back as they said they’d do.. so I went ahead and paid my $250 deposit just to show up the morning of my appt saying they’d have to cancel my appt and I can’t get my braces put on that day. It’s been 4-5 days and I still haven’t gotten an update or a formal letter about them issuing my refund as I requested and was told it would be done. When you call you can’t get anyone in office and when you do finally
