Publix Pharmacy at Braselton Village

******Dogs pee on produce carpet*******They allow non REAL service dogs in there. The dog was so not trained. I had the pleasure last night while looking at veggies Dec 4th to watch the dog PEE on the rugs in produce department. Employees just watched lmao 🤣 😂 literally these folks were there forv45 mins and their dog jumping on everything on the leash. EVERY EMPLOYEE SAE THE DOG. 🐕

Matt has the worst attitude of any customer service worker I’ve experienced in years. Not sure how he’s still employed here, terrible customer service and attitude over multiple occasions. Definitely driving business away.

I love this pharmacy. The people are very friendly, will work with you and the pharmacist keeps up with our vaccinations and when we need them. Been going to them for at least 15 years and would not go anywhere else!

HORRIBLE experience. I requested a refill that said it would be ready a certain day. I go in to get my prescription on that certain day and find out they can’t refill it until a different day. Which I completely understand the why behind it. However, Carlos I believe was his name was a smart ass with me when I told him the amount I had was not true and why would they tell me my prescription would be ready on this day when it’s not. That way people are not wasting their time driving to the pharmacy for nothing. He then told me I had a certain amount which I did not have. He also said “the one you picked up 5 days ago?” As if I’m some kind of shit bag when I was trying to be ahead of things. His response was “so you’re going to take 15 by this Day?” After I told him that I was afraid I would
