Publix Pharmacy at Brandy Creek Commons

Publix Pharmacy at Bell Creek has been my pharmacy for many years. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I want to say a special Thank You for a female Pharmacist who helped me on Saturday. I was not feeling well and was picking bio a prescription called in by my doctor. An assistant was helping me. The pharmacist looked up and asked how I was. I mumbled that I wasn’t feeling well. She came over and explained the meds I was considering not taking. She asked about my symptoms and how long I’d had the symptoms. She suggested I might want to get the prescription. I am grateful to her for her kindness to me at a time when I was not at my best.

When it comes to customer service they are wonderful. However the drugs prices are not the cheapest for certain medications. That is why I gave it 4 stars.

Absolutely the most kind and helpful pharmacy I’ve ever used. Hands down the best staff you could have, they’re super helpful and always kind.

Not sure if it’s their staff or corporation but you have to call to get them to fill prescription from Dr even hours after it’s confirmed. They don’t call to tell you when med isn’t in stock. Maybe the craziest, I paid 1/3 of price switching to CVS. Do yourself a favor and choose elsewhere

The staff here is amazing. They remember your name, always greet you with a smile, and are very efficient and friendly. Other pharmacies should look at Publix for the example to epitomize.
