Doctor calls in prescription to this pharmacy. They say they don’t have it. Then they finally listen to their messages and figure out they do have it. It was for a Z-Pak and five steroid pills They said it would take 20 minutes to fill it. You mean it takes 20 minutes to count out five pills because the Z-Pak comes prepackaged. This is Publix pharmacies at least two of them in our area are all horrible. Pick another Pharmacy. This is not the first time this has happened.
Every pharmacist in person that works in this department is wonderful always extremely helpful. Never a problem. Some people just need to learn to wait their turn.
The pharmacist (Mary) was annoyed with me because she had to call my doctor for verification - so, in turn, she wouldn't apply the "Good Rx" coupon to my order, which would have saved me $20. Kinda petty. I won't be bothering her again.
By far, this is one of the best pharmacies I have visited. The team is comprised of the most kind, sincere and knowledgeable professionals.
Curtis is rude and should not be dealing with customers!
