Publix Pharmacy at Blue Moon Crossing

Today was my first time checking out the pharmacy section of this Publix, and every staff member I interacted with was attentive, patient, and helpful. They listened carefully to what I was there for and guided me to the medications that would serve me the most. I’m leaving this review because the low rating didn’t reflect my visit at all, very pleasant experience!

Just wasted my evening. I set up an appointment for my 2 year old to get a flu shot. I set up the appointment this morning. I get there at 5:30, just for them to tell me they canceled it because they can't give a 2 year old a flu shot. NO WHERE does it say that. Or when I put in his birthday... the website cant kick that back and say they can't do it. I got conformation emails but no one could call, texted or emailed me. I need him to get the shot for his daycare. Waste of my time!

The customer service at this Publix has gone wayyyyy down hill. This new staff needs some more training or new jobs because this job is clearly not making you happy. Especially Billie…but it’s not just her. It’s all of them. I’ve just had repeated bad experiences with Billie.

Just wanted to shout out Marleigh! The most helpful pharmacist I have ever spoken to at a chain pharmacist. Thank you for your help this morning with VA processing!

The pharmacy associates and retail associates are two dramatically different experiences! The pharmacy staff has horrible customer service. They do not explain anything to you and they are super rude. This experience makes me not want to give Publix anymore business.
