Publix Pharmacy at Baytree Village

They can never fill prescriptions on time, usually taking at least three days to fill even the easiest prescription. I needed my migraine medication filled, and I was told it would be an hour and a half. The next day it still wasn’t ready. I asked why and they told me they were out of it. The woman in the pharmacy was very rude and laughed at me on the phone. I will never use this location again.

This is the BEST pharmacy! Every employee there goes above and beyond the help to the best of their ability! I miss David York that just recently retired, but the new head pharmacist Brandon Is doing an excellent job filling his shoes. Brandon, Michael, Britt, Gavin, Erin and all others will help you in anyway they can! Please wish I could remember all of their names so I could list them! All you have to is have some patience with them! Just remember that YOU are NOT their only customer and they are filling countless prescriptions all day long sent in by doctors or dropped off by customers or sent in for refills from the app. Patience and kindness goes along way and has better results , and that is for any business for that matter. Publix is a great company and all their pharmacy employees

I normally don’t post reviews but today was it for me. I called YESTERDAY 1/4/25 before 4pm to refill my prescription so I could pick it up the next day. I was told it would be ready by 3pm 1/5/25. GREAT! Works for me as I am usually not available until after 5pm! Get there 6:45 and was told it’s not ready and wouldn’t be for at least 30 more minutes. At this point it’s been 26 hours since I’ve called in my refill. I just don’t see how this is possible it’s just three glass vials in a box!!!! At this point just fire the whole pharmacy staff and start over. Love the store, but the pharmacy can take a long walk off of a short cliff.

Terrible service from Publix Pharmacy Baytree Village. There is almost always a line, takes way too long, and they have one checkout open at the busiest time of the day. Between 4:30pm and 6:30pm both registers should be open, every day. Love the grocery store though. *Edit- I have later signed up in the pharmacy app and after going through a couple of hoops for that, the first transaction was a bit better. I think it will save standing in line next time.

I stopped using one publix hoping Baytree would be better. But some of your cashiers are rude and it's frustrating. Hire people with manners.
