Publix Pharmacy at Ashley Landing Mall

Went to pick up my prescription tonight and no one at the window and looked like they were closed but hours state they’re open. Don’t see a sole so I pushed the call button and someone spoke rudely stating we see you and you don’t need to hit the button and took 20 mins for a zpack. Really hope they get better people with manners when it’s revamped.

Diane is the nicest lady in the Deli department! She made our family two subs May 29, 2025. She has the most beautiful smile and sweetest personality. She was so kind to my children as they ordered their subs. She listened as they told her about their Holland Lop ear bunnies. Diane is the absolute best!! We will definitely visit this Publix again just to see her!

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I just transferred to this pharmacy recently due to lower prices. I’ve been waiting for one prescription for over a week with no follow up. I was just told a refill prescription shows it was picked up, it wasn’t!!! Worse yet, last week while I was waiting (30 minutes) to pick up new prescriptions the pharmacist yells from her computer for my name and name of prescription. There were at least 4 people in line hearing this conversation. How unprofessional can you get. One experience enough, I don’t recommend at all!

1. Called to refill prescription. Stated they needed new RX from doctor even though the RX was written for 3 months. 2. Doctors office called in prescription in front of me 1 week ago. 3. For the third time I have called & pulled up trying to pick up one prescription over the course of a week and they still somehow do not “have the prescription on file”. I tell them yes they do. They click one more button and see that I do have a prescription to be filled STILL and finally begin filling it. 4. 40 MINS LATER I’m still waiting. … When you call it takes 4 rings and you’re sent to customer service who just keeps transferring you back to the pharmacy without offering any other solution. … When this pharmacy runs low on your medication they don’t help you find another PUBLIX to fill it at- they

I went in Monday to get meds for my baby and then had to go back to get a different kind today. The pharmacist remembered who I was and asked about how my daughter was doing. It was so kind and it really made my day that she cared about how she was doing! We love this pharmacy and will continue to use it!
