Publix Pharmacy at Argyle Village

Absolutely ridiculous. And cannot believe the utter disregard and lack of helpfulness. There is a certain person I keep getting on the phone there, some guy. That consistently dismisses my needs and is rude.I just stayed on hold without him even telling me.He was placing me on hold to come back on the phone and say the same thing. Which was no type of resolution in which offended me, because\nDid he think I would respond differently after putting me on hold for a long period and then coming back to saying, the exact same thing I assume.\n He was just filling other prescriptions in the time he wasn't talking to me and then I asked to speak to someone else. And he just put me on, hold again, no one ever came to the phone I called back twice the phone, just rang and rang, nobody answered it

I’m not typically the kind of person to write a long review on google for a bad experience but this one takes the cake. I come to this pharmacy for medication 5 or more times a year to have my prescriptions filled today when picking up my medication I was handed the medication and the bill paid and left only to discover I was given a 30 dollar nasal spray I didn’t need (I pay out of pocket for all my medications ) I returned to inform the pharmacy staff of the error within the hr the meds were picked up to request a refund for the nasal spray that was not needed to which I was told the blame my husband , blame the dr, exc no accountability was taken for the mishap by pharmacy staff and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told by la’toya brown (the manager herself) that Publix doesn’t

Kind and incredibly helpful. They were able to transfer and fill a time sensitive prescription. So grateful!

This review is for Jordan in the Pharmacy. Thank you for going above and beyond to explain and find ways to help my Mom get the drugs she needs for her kidneys. This has been a stressful situation and finally speaking to someone that is patient and breaks things down for you goes a long way. I have spoken to others in your pharmacy over the last week, but of all of them you were by far the best and most attentive. Keep up the great work.

Have been to this location twice now and haven’t a good experience. Staff members were very unkind. You are treated like a number and not a person. I Asked for assistance at the customer service counter and the young lady wasn’t very friendly at all and looked at me as if I was a bother. Kathy the cashier and Jordan the pharmacy tech were also not professional or welcoming. I will not recommend this location to anyone or return here.
