Publix Pharmacy at Alafaya Square

This publix always has me bouncing to different locations. I called in a rx to this location and when I got there they told me to go to another location, I go to that location and turns out this location was the one who had it. I am always told one thing over the phone, and when I am there to pick up it's never ready. This is always something that happens. I get told by a live person that it will be ready the next day by 1pm, I show up even an extra day later and it's still not ready. I was told it was coming on the truck later that day, but yet they still had some of the shelf that they could have filled. I don't understand why the communication is so poor.

Just make a call...you may have to wait a little bit, but the person at the other end of the phone is always happy to help you no matter how busy they are. Make no mistake--this is a very busy pharmacy, especially given it's size. With two major pharmacy chains close by, it's surprising they do the amount of business that they do! You can chalk it all up to customer service!

The staff is always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and, alert. Often, I'll be in line to pick up my refills and they will have them already waiting at the register.

Not the biggest Publix, but the one with the best staff and employees! they dont ever seem tired. nice and energetic.
