Publix Pharmacy at 10 Westedge

I am visiting from out of town and forgot to bring enough medication for my restless leg syndrome. Publix pharmacy was the only one open on a Sunday snd the pharmacist advised he never had luck transferring from Amazon pharmacy but he'd try. He called me shortly after saying he had found a good rep at Amazon who agreed to transfer it and although I have to go to another Publix location to pick it up I am so happy with his service. If you have RLS you know how horrible it can be. Thanks again Publix pharmacy!!!

John is the best pharmacist I have ever encountered. He runs this pharmacy so well. He has helped me on numerous occasions with prescription delays, etc. He always stays in contact and makes sure I know what is going on with my prescriptions. He tries so hard and literally makes me feel seen as an individual. Seriously cannot recommend this pharmacy enough, John and all of his employees really go above and beyond.

Wow I had such an enjoyable experience at this Pharmacy. James Johnson and Alexis were both so helpful and kind. My prescription has been hard to find and difficult to fill and my old pharmacy acts like it's my fault. A little kindness goes a long way and Mr. Johnson was so patient with me with questions about my insurance (which is technically a discount card) and also about if GoodRx would be more effective (it was) and my prescriptions were literally cheaper than they have been in 15 years. I've loved Publix for years but never used their pharmacy services for some reason. I'm recommending this place to everyone. Thank you Publix Pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy experience I’ve had. Dealt with pharmacist Chan. She was demeaning, interrupting me while I speak and smiling at me when I made it known I was still speaking. When I finally received my prescription, my bottle of anxiety medicine was open and dumped in the bag she handed me. Which was also open. Unprofessional and callous for a patients well being regarding prescription. Not what I would look for in this line of business and I will not be returning to this pharmacy.

I got fed up with the bad customer service at the King Street CVS and switched all my prescriptions to Publix. It's a bit further from my house, but it's totally worth it; the staff here are always friendly, helpful, and extremely efficient.
