This place is ridiculous . My husband got injured and gets treated in Plano and has to go to McKinney for a treatment and they want to be greedy and charge for a service that they are already getting paid for by the insurance . How unfair is it that you want to charge 20$ every visit for a specific machine when already being covered by insurance ? The excuse is that they are the only ones that have this machine but how is that the patients fault . If we are going to your clinic for injury and my insurance has unlimited visits and services but you want to charge 20$ because of the demand and because McKinney is the only one with this machine . Please make it make sense . If McKinney is hectic then another machine should be out in another facility . My insurance is not cheap to begin with an

I've been coming here since October, 2024, and felt it was time to leave a review. The front office staff is very friendly and my interactions have always been top notch. Appointments are easy to schedule. The PT's and other professional employees have been amazing. If the person directing you in exercises gets call off to assist someone else, another professional comes over and steps in without missing a beat. I've seen all ages from kids to senior adults getting the therapy they need. This is a well-rounded location that seamlessly services all ages very well. I feel comfortable coming in and actually look forward to each visit to continue working toward getting better. So grateful to have found them!
