Stephanie Aubrey is a rare find! Great personality but more importantly is passionate about her work and the connected chain of physiology. She works deep muscle release, cupping and dry needling. She was worth the hour drive!

I absolutely love working with Steph! As an Olympic athlete, taking care of my body is a top priority, and whenever I’m dealing with an ache, a nagging pain, or just need a recovery session with the boots, she’s my go-to. What sets Steph apart is the time and care she puts into each session—using a variety of techniques to get to the root of the issue, not just treat the symptoms. On top of that, her services are incredibly affordable, which makes it even better. It’s a relief to know I’m getting top-level care from someone who’s not only skilled but also has an amazing personality.

I have seen plenty of PT's for my back and shoulder injuries. Dr. Stephanie is hands down THE BEST! She genuinely cares about her patients and their progress. Every appointment she is evaluating your progress while providing practical feedback to help you understand what's going on. Stephanie is amazing. She knows her stuff. Prior to working with her I was seeing a chiropractor for 2 years and got no results, I’ve had Stephanie for a few months now and it feels like a lifetime of work. I’ve been able to do things I never thought was possible. All good things must come to an end, I’ll be really sad when I my care with her ends. The conversation and laughs is something I won’t be able get anywhere else, life won’t be the same without her but it was nice having her as my PT and I’ll enjoy it will it last.

Stephanie is absolutely incredible at what she does. Her intelligence is so apparent and I feel so privileged to be one of her patients. She is a provider who will genuinely listen to your concerns and not dismiss you. No question is ever a "stupid" question in her office. Something I love about our sessions is that she is vocal about the techniques she is implementing in the moment and why. She has successfully addressed several of my ongoing medical concerns and I feel so grateful for everything she has done and continues to do for me. Highly recommend!
