PSP Pharmacy At Carlie C's

I have been using PSP for close to ten years now. It's like a small town Pharmacy in a large metropolitan area. They know me by name and even send me texts and call me on my birthday. My doctor sends in my prescription and if I walk in and they see me approaching the counter they have my bag in hand, and clipboard ready for me to sign. If I get there before the digital order from my physician hasn't been seen yet, they will drop what their doing (unless with a customer) go to printer grab the prescription and fill it within minutes and have me on my way. I feel like I'm giving away my secret place but deserve your business. If you are looking for a better pharmacy give PSP a try.

I love having a neighborhood pharmacist who knows me, and I really love the service. Throughout the last year, due to COVID, we asked for curbside delivery for our prescriptions. PSP Pharmacy always delivered with a smile and at no extra charge. They were a big help getting us through the pandemic.

Great staff. Very caring, professional, helpful and friendly. They treat their customers with respect and concern. You can't get this level of care and customer service from the big name pharmacies. Our whole family has transferred our prescriptions over to this pharmacy. This is how customers should be treated.

The gentleman that owns this pharmacy was very nice! He introduced himself and shook my hand. We chatted while he filled my prescription. I had originally tried to fill my prescription at Kroger but they didn't have it. PSP did. When I got home and opened my bag there were two mints inside. THAT is how you do business! A little thoughtfulness goes a long way😊

BEST PHARMACY IN RALEIGH! I am so glad I found this pharmacy. They take time to listen. Caroline filled a prescription I was having trouble filling at big chain pharmacy's. Mike James called and thanked us for trusting them with our prescriptions. This is how a pharmacy should be.
