I truly loved my experience with Dr. Priya and her team. I am a new patient who has some dental anxiety because of previous dentists. I saw the same dentist for 15 years, then he sold his practice to a company. After that I saw a different doctor every visit. Dr. Priya is a miracle worker in my opinion. I’ve been seeing dentists for over 70 years and she is by far the most committed to her craft and patients then any other professional I’ve worked with. Changing from previous 1 star to 4 star. My family had been with Dr. Priya for many years. In general we are happy with her and her staff. The dental hygienists and Dr. Priya are always very friendly and thorough. In Aug 2025, the dentist said two old crowns or tooth surface were cracking which I trusted their assessment. I paid my estimated copay prior to the operation and had 2 crowns done. To my surprise, after the operation the insurance company denied the claim which would mean that I would have to pay another thousand dollar out of my pocket. Over the next 5 months, I kept calling both the insurance and the office many many times, I was super frustrated because the insurance said they were waiting for additional supporting document from the office.
