Dr. Lin is so gentle and very communicative about what she’s doing. Her staff are all so friendly and helpful.

I've been going now for a couple years. No issues. Showed up on time to most recent appointment and found the hygienist running about 20 minutes behind. Staff was apologetic. But what really made me write this review was the dentist acknowledged the lateness, apologized and gave me an electric toothbrush. I'll be honest it wasn't so much the value of the toothbrush but more the fact that they understood my time was valuable and made an effort to compensate me that truly struck me. Kudos to Lakeview Smiles for understanding the customers point of view and being willing to back it up. We all get that things happen and being on time doesn't always happen. But never have I come across a dentist or medical professional who has made an effort to make things right when they're running late

Dr. Lin is very friendly and personable; she even remembered our conversation about my family from my visit six months ago! She is extremely thorough and professional, taking care during the exam to make sure I was comfortable and nothing was bothering me. She answered all my questions and took her time to explain procedures, describe x-rays and pictures, and helpful tips for follow-up care at home. The interactions I had with front desk and dental staff were personable and professional too. I felt they took every precaution to keep me safe and made me feel welcome and comfortable at Lakeview Smiles. The office had two new pieces of equipment for imaging that are state-of-the art. A very positive experience!

Dr. Lin and Cindy were so gentle and attentive that they helped me get my teeth cleaned smoothly even though I had neuralgia. I am very grateful for that.

Doctor Carol Lin always gave a thorough and professional exam. She is gentle and cares for her patients. All of her office staff are friendly and well organized . Their office meets the strong COVID-19 safety measures for her staff and patients. I am also happy with my dental cleaning.
