PruittHealth - Union Pointe

My husband, Bill, was a resident of Pruitt Healthcare-Union Pointe from November 2024 until he passed away in September 2025. Pruitt is a wonderful facility. The CNA's, Nurses, Doctors, and Staff are all caring and treated him with love and respect. The facility is clean and well maintained. They treated us like family, and my family was very pleased with Pruitt. There is an open-door policy for the director, Ty, and the nursing director, Shelton. I was so thankful for his nurses, Beverly, Izzy, Jewry, and Mint. Rachel and Janet do a wonderful job with daily events for the residents. When he had to go into Hospice, Pruitt has their own Hospice team, with a wonderful compassionate staff that took care of him and keep me informed through his journey. I cannot say enough positive things about Pruitt and the incredible staff who work there. From the moment my mother became a resident she has been treated with genuine kindness, respect, and compassion. I especially want to thank Renee, Beth, Quinta, and Izzy for the exceptional care they provide. Their patience, warmth, and dedication to my mother - and all of the residents there do not go unnoticed. It brings our family so much peace knowing my mother is in the best hands and is treated like a person, not just a patient. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which speaks volumes about the pride the staff takes in their work. Im usually not the type who leaves reviews. In this instance, I am going to. I've had the opportunity to be at this facility twice now, due to injuries that required inpatient physical and occupational therapy. When I saw that this hospital only had a 3+ star reviews. I thought I would leave one. The first time I was here, was approximately 7 months ago. Then I was here for basically the same reason. I had had a full knee replacement and my knee, time to time would buckle and I would fall. One time I fell and injured both knees and was hospitalized for a week or so and was referred to this particular Pruitt physical rehab rehabilitation facity, to help get my back in my feet. As the new year begins im trying to be aware of the good things and not dwell on the circumstances that are beyond my control. As a resident of Pruitt nursing home at union pointe in Monroe for 5 years , I wanted to acknowledged the people who have truly become my family . The staff that are on my hall have been here a long time and I know if I need anything they are always available, actually I know everyone in the building by their first name , all the way up to the administrator Ty and the Director of nursing Sheldon they have an open door policy as I think of it I don’t think I even know anybody’s last name after all these years. I’m a resident of the 500 hall and I’m truly blessed for my nurses and cna’s , Rene , Izzy and Jewry and the nurses Beth and Quinta are truly apart of my fam

The majority of the people went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure that my wife was well taken care of you. You do not see this type of service every day at many if not most facilities. The fact that the nurses, most of them, day or night as well as the CNAs day or night work tirelessly to ensure that my wife was attended to as well as other patients here at Pruitt in Union County. A special thanks to Renee Cook (CNA), and Angie (RN) as well as Rose and Jeronica (sp?) job well done job. We're so happy to have each of you on the team.
