Family Urgent Care

My visit was as enjoyable as a visit to urgent care can be. The Dr. was great. His assistant was busy with someone else and he jumped right in and did the preliminary checks himself. That's the first time I've ever seen that happen. If he had a private practice, I would be tempted to make him my primary. I rate him a 10 out of 10!

We had an excellent experience at Family Urgent Care. They took us in immediately with no wait time, completed the X-ray promptly, and kept everything moving efficiently. What really stood out was the professional follow-up—they called and emailed us with the results, which gave us great peace of mind. The staff was courteous, professional, and very responsive throughout the visit. Truly impressed with the level of care and communication. Highly recommend!

I received the best care here I think maybe ever! I’m a veteran and get some of my healthcare at the VA so my standards are pretty low. The staff here is phenomenal! The woman at the front desk served this injured stranger(me) a coffee! The kindest people ever!

My whole experience was pleasant and professional from the receptionist through the nurse, to the PA. I had very little wait time. The waiting room and restrooms were immaculate. All of the staff was friendly and I felt that the medical staff really listened to my concerns and symptoms, making me feel comfortable with the diagnosis and treatments prescribed. Truly the best Urgent Care experience I’ve had!

They got me in very quickly and had everything taken care of within about 30 minutes. From check-in to diagnosis, the process was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure I understood everything before I left. I really appreciated how organized and prompt they were. I highly recommend this urgent care if you need fast, reliable care in the area
