My mother has been at this facility since the end of March 2025 (started Rehab) and then transitioned to Long Term Stay at the end of June 2025 and has been here ever since. Staff on Both sides have done a really Good job overall with her. This was our first Thanksgiving (big Holiday) in a Skilled Nursing Facility and Darius (Administrator) and his entire did an Amazing job hosting the family members for a nice Thanksgiving dinner. If your looking for a Rehab/Long Term Facility for your loved one, I recommend you take a tour, meet the Staff, get your questions answered and give PruittHealth Richmond an opportunity to serve your family member.

My brother is still there in the rehabilitation part. He had heart problems and is there to get stronger. I am very impressed with the staff there. We had a care meeting with the social worker, nurse, and physical therapy team. I am so Thankful that he is there. It’s a Blessing.

My grandmother stayed here and they were awesome! The staff was very caring and the therapy team helped her get back on her feet quickly. If I could give more stars I would!

Facility is under staffed with patient assistants in rehab. Patients must wait a long time to be assisted to the bathroom They have to soil themselves because no one is available when needed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough wonderful things about the therapy department! From the moment my family walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to their patients' well-being. They tailored a treatment plan specifically for my family and I have seen remarkable progress since starting my sessions. The environment is calming and supportive, making each visit a positive experience. I highly recommend this therapy department to anyone seeking high-quality care and exceptional results!
