PruittHealth - Orangeburg

Not terrible but wouldn’t recommend. My mom has been here for 2-3 years and she’s getting worse and worse. I call her and she complains about some nurses not being nice. When I visit the smell is horrible. They don’t clean under her nails. Her face is always dirty. Some of the nurses are nice but I personally don’t like the facility and the cleanliness

My experience with PruittHealth has been nothing but positive. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The nurses and caregivers truly treat residents like family, which gives such peace of mind. Activities are engaging, meals are well-prepared, and communication with families is excellent. I highly recommend PruittHealth to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional nursing home for their loved ones!

The nurses and c n as at this, rehabilitation center. I'm very kind. I haven't had any issues thus far. The facility needs to be updated. You can tell it has been here for quite some time. They keep it very clean. It's just the bathrooms and patients equipments are outdated. Other than the I would have given it 5*

The staff at Pruitt Health takes great care of my sister. She is always happy and they spoil her. I always know she is in good hands..

My dad received great care for the time he was there. Everybody there was real nice to him and us when we came to visit. Was also very helpful and informative with all the questions we had.
