MUSC Health Orthopaedic Urgent Care - Orangeburg

Lovely care from Rhoda Washington!! She helped me with directions to the office! Extremely patient and friendly. My nurse Tristan R. was very nice and I felt completely comfortable sharing my information with her. At checkout Miss Vickie was all smiles as she helped and apologized for my 2 hour experience in such a hot room. She made my long and hot experience MUCH BETTER!!

At a time when I needed help the most, everyone was very accommodating and polite. The nurses were professional and made me feel welcome. Alex saved the day for me. Check in was simple with miss Rhonda and miss Brittany had me checked out and on my way in a jiffy. I hope I will never need your services again but I’m sure I will and hope everything goes as well as it did on this trip. I was in so much pain I was very depressed and couldnt handle being turned away. Thank yall again for taking me in 🙏

Staff is excellent that’s all I have to say all across the board. Doctors, nurses, technicians, receptionist etc everyone in the entire office and took really good care of me from the beginning February 2024 til now. Highly recommend especially my doctor Patrick Bik he is the greatest hands down and can’t forget my nurse Kim hands down my two favorite people

Dr. Marro is awesome! He did a fantastic job on my mother’s elbow. He is very professional, courteous, has a fabulous bed side manner and an excellent surgeon! A true asset to MUSC Orthopedics! Also, Christina Z, Caroline F., Vickie B., and Tristan R. are wonderful. I don’t know what MUSC Orthopedics would do without these amazing, talented people! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my mother! It is a true pleasure to come to your office to see you. Wonderful experience! MUSC needs more people like all of you!

It was a great pleasant experience meeting the staff with Alex Horey today! Everyone was very patient and helpful checking in, service and checking out! Especially Alex along with Brittany R., Triage, Kim C and Vickie. The service time was swift while being proficient on one floor in the same office area! You're highly recommended
