She goes above and beyond to ensure residents and families feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and staffed with knowledgeable, attentive professionals. It gives us great confidence referring our residents and families there because we know they will receive exceptional rehab and therapy services. You will feel safe, involved in the process, and reassured that the team truly wants what is best for each individual. It’s wonderful to collaborate with such dedicated professionals. What a beautiful facility! I had the pleasure of taking a tour with Tishema and learning more about the skilled nursing facility. As an inpatient rehab physician I find it important to know where my patients are going after a rehab stay. They are in good hands at Pruitt North Tampa. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the gym is top-notch, the rooms are private with easy to use functionalities. I feel good knowing I can send my patients from Encompass to Pruitt and continue to follow them at a facility that values continuity of care.

I absolutely love this place. It always smells good. The people are so nice that worked there. They took such good care of both my parents who are 94 years old. I cannot say enough good things about this place. My parents loved it. They thought they were In a hotel. Sunshine Stanley Hank B Traci Herman did such a great job. They do an incredible job of keeping the place clean. I went there every day to see my parents and it always looked great and they were always well taken care of. I highly recommend this place. Also all the people that work in the office for the intake and the front desk were all great.

My grandmother was here and passed away here (from old age and comorbidities). Most of the staff was great during her stay and attentive any time she needed something. Tracy, the nurse on my grandmother’s last day, showed empathy, compassion, and gave us amazing care even though she had many other patients. I was very pleased with my grandmother’s stay here and would recommend Pruitt in the future.

Tishema Harris Slater is absolutely wonderful and consistently communicative regarding my residents and our community. She is welcoming, professional, and a true pleasure to work with in every way. Whenever I walk in, she makes herself readily available and always ensures she can assist however needed. The residents who have been in her care and returned to our community have come back in great hands, which speaks volumes about the level of care provided. I highly recommend her community as one of the best rehab and nursing facilities.
