The most pleasant, professional and accommodating facility I’ve seen thus far. Welcomed with an impromptu tour and hands-down, a clean and exceptional place for my loved one.
Very qualified staff. Building is maintained, and is secure. My brother-in-law has received excellent care and physical therapy. He seems to be comfortable in this Pruitt environment. I receive communication about his upcoming needs or if becomes ill.
Staff members are pleasant when family is present, but that care does not appear to continue once we leave. My loved one has been left in soiled clothing and bedding on multiple occasions for extended periods of time, which is unacceptable and deeply concerning. Please do not respond asking me to call to discuss this matter—you already have my contact information. This is not a communication issue; it is a care issue.
Staff was very good and took care of her. The wond care nurse did not do her job and her wond got infected and she had to be hospitalized for 5 days and had to undergo surgery to clean her wound. This does not look good for your facility.
Unfortunate that I have to give you 1 star. Grandmother discharged from this facility with family to another state over a week ago. Home health was not set up prior to discharge (plenty of time was given in advance of discharge) We went a week without those services (appreciate that) Dentures had mold - guess we don’t bother with those if the resident puts up any kind of struggle to remove them. What about the follow up discharge call to families, assuming that was left out with setting up her home health services. Good thing I know my medicines since I was given a box with her medication and was told “she doesn’t take much” as her discharge instructions
