Nurses and cna did a good job with Donald Jackson during the week. They were friendly and he liked them. They got him up on weekdays but not often on weekends. Director of Nursing never returned calls and followed up with promises from in person conversations. Physical therapist lied about why his therapy stopped. Blankets went missing. People at front didn't label or have me sign when I brought in clothes. He passed on January 25. Brother came to pickup his belongings on January 26, most of his clothes were missing. I had just brought new personal items and they weren't returned. Clothes that supposed to be clean didn't smell clean. Smelled like urine.

Adrienne is an amazing person! She answered every single one of my questions, her vibe it's amazing. Her patience, and her desire to work and help everyone else its in another level. Adrienne your Customer Service it's definitely even greater than 5 Stars. Thank you so much, I would 100% recommend working with her!

Overall, this is a good facility and I do appreciate the nurses, respiratory, and cleaning staff for all their hard work. Most definitely the wound nurses! My dad is recovering and the family couldn’t be more proud.

I called PruittHealth Macon at least 5 times in the last 10 days. I was once able to get a kind person who said she would deliver a message for me to Jim Garcia, but I’m not sure that happened since I got no response. All last week and this week— no one answers and after about 20 rings it disconnects— not even voicemail. Very frustrating. I’m trying to talk to, to find out about and help if possible , my friend Jim Garcia who was admitted two weeks ago (Feb 19). Eric Hawk

Hi, my name is La Wana Brown and I attended a patient event on 10/2/25 put on at Pruitt Health - Macon. I was invited by employee J Johnson. The facility on the outside to the inside was so clean and decorated so BEAUTIFUL 😍 as I came in I was still so surprised to remember all the faces of employees that I meet when my cousin was a patient there. They still had the sweetest Spirit about working there as well. I had a very very very WONDERFUL time at this event. The food was served with love and it tasted good y'all. You always put on the most memorable and loveable events for both patients, family, and visitors. Towards the end of it all they had a gift basket prize giveaway 😁 and to my chance I and my cousin won one. Thanks J Johnson so much for the invite and thank you Pruitt Health - M
