No communication, understaffed. My mother can’t walk and is blind. Her needs are not met in a timely fashion. Communication is horrible! You can’t get through on the phone lines on weekends and evenings. I’ve had no one give me a care plan, mom has been there since December 24th. Phone calls aren’t returned, I had no idea it would be this bad.

The staff (special shout to Marie and Net) is caring and professional while making patient feel safe and comfortable.

My mom’s been in here over a year. Thank God we visit regularly because she lays in a bed of urine all day are until my sister are me gets there. We just changed her & the bed linens & throw them in the hall. They don’t care one bit about these people. If we didn’t have to work full time we could care for her. Maybe they will get shut down & we will figure something out are pay someone to come care for her until we get home. Really sad.

My mom was there less than a week and the staff that she started with in the morning was amazing until Wednesday when the replacement CNA for the next two days DID NOT come in at all to change or check on her just drop off trays of food. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff Ms. Sharon. Thursday evening was even worst so I spoke with supervisor Jacqueline and she was unbothered. She was rude , she wasn’t sympathetic, empathetic or concerned. I discharged my mom. I plan to take this to the full extent because caring for our family members is not just their job but it should also be their priority and responsibility. I believe the higher ups need to know that this is going to come down hard on them when hiring people that absolutely don’t care.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. My mother was discharged from the hospital with a fractured foot and was in the rehab facility for a week before we decided to have her transferred to Stevens Park and boy are we glad we did. I would not recommend this place. There were some employees that left her in a, wet brief for 12 hours with a bed sore on her lower back. She would ask for help some of the night shift were mean as a snake as she put it. Was told don’t buzz because they’re busy and to wait till she wet twice in her brief that she was using too many diapers. First night she was there she asked three employees for water which they never brought so she was parched all night. She sat in a room for two nights with no AC before we requested a new room.
