Proxi Medical Urgent Care

I am so glad I chose Proxi Medical Urgent Care. It has been a haven for us, me and my husband, and would highly recommend to anyone. The staff, particularly Chloe, always kind and patient and helpful. Clinic always clean and short waiting time. And as for the medical treatment, Doctor Anna Grinko’s expertise, demeanor has really put us at ease every time we had a visit. She always takes her time to listen to the patient for each and every detail, and goes over the diagnosis clearly, the treatment options. Everything has been very thorough and fast and so I highly recommend this clinic.

I recommend Dr. Grinko medical services for all your need I need X-Ray's and one of the main things I love going there cause she has X-Ray technician which is one of the main things I love going there the wait is non-existing like you would have in major hospital her concerns are to the patient's she calls me to make sure that everything is good and when my next appointment the Dorctor and her staff are the best. They address any concerns or worries that I have and they make sure that I understand everything and I always leave knowing that I'm in great hands. Everything is in the name Proxi Medical Urgent Care that's what you get.

Wish i could give 0 stars because i received 0 service. Terrible waiting room staff. Receptionist showed up half an hour late to work and was more concerned with setting up the tv than tending to patients who had been waiting 30 minutes just to fill out some paper work.. only to find out my insurance isn't accepted even though it says it is on the website. and when i called ahead to confirm i couldn't get through because the receptionist had no showed up to work yet. She didn't even make eye contact with me when telling me that they wouldn't take my insurance after 30 minutes in a waiting room by myself. The tv was still her top priority. Hire new staff IMMEDIATELY.

No need for appointment. They are open 6 days a week. I came for a routine medical check up and was done within 30 minutes. The staff is organized and professional. I needed additional tests and came back for a follow up. Great medical service all around. Strongly recommend.

I’ve been going to Proximedical for a little over a year and Dr. Grinko is absolutely the best. I actually prefer her over my primary Care physician. She truly cares about her patients. She explains everything in full detail and with a smile.Dr Grinko is not alone , she is assisted by an extremely professional and courteous staff.If I could make her my primary I would .If you need care this is the place to be.
