Aloha Doggy Daycare highly recommends this vet office. Dr. Nancy is an incredible person. She approved a last minute visit on Christmas Eve. While most vets would charge you a fortune or even refuse service, she didn't. Her staff is absolutely wonderful! All very kind, good hearted, hilarious women. They took a stressful situation and made it calm, and had no judgment. Wonderful vet office all around! If you are in the market for a new vet, this is the place to go!

We had the best experience here! Everyone was nice and welcoming! They made such a fuss about how cute the cat was and most importantly, they never pushed anything on us. No push for vaccines, meds, special food! Just great information and care.

I moved out to the area and needed a new vet. Vets are so difficult, I tried 3 before finding providence and every time I felt like I was being scammed out of my money, they were lying, or simply didn’t care about my pets. The second I walked into providence I had an amazing experience. It was so clear that they actually cared about my pets and wanted to help, not just take my money. I actually felt as though they were trying to make it as cost effective as possible for me which obviously made me want to take my pets there even more. Everybody was so friendly and happy and loving of my dogs. I am so glad that I found this vet and I will forever take all of my pets there, 100% recommend.

Having a very old and not well cat is scary, but they made me feel so comfortable with them. So friendly and compassionate. I received a call the next morning to check how my Jake was doing, not something that seems to happen other places. This is definitely my new vet.

Disappointing and Unprofessional – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing first (and only) visit with Dr. Costa at Providence Veterinary Hospital. I raised concerns about my puppy’s soft stool, which were brushed off. Days later he developed diarrhea, tested positive on a stool sample, and was prescribed medication. The problem? The bottle didn’t contain enough for the full 10-day course. When I called, I was told there was “no way” a mistake could have been made and that I’d have to pay for a second bottle. After pushing back—because I didn’t feel I should be charged twice—I was told I could pick it up at no cost, but I would also be dismissed as a client for being “unhappy with the office.” I never said that; I was simply advocating for fair and proper care.
